We had a six week one to one mentoring program called ‘Getting the right stuff done’ with Sally and Kevin. The title of the course really resonated with us, as we had begun to feel like we weren’t keeping up with everyday tasks, although we felt we knew the bigger picture.
The program was incredibly helpful, and they tailored the sessions towards what we needed, rather than just sticking rigidly to a set format.
We were set thought provoking homework as we went along which really helped to focus the mind, along with things to start doing and things to stop doing.
As we went along we realised what a huge difference this has made to us and on our last session Sally made the observation that we were so much calmer at the last meeting than the first, a product of regaining control.
